Suzuka Circuit is about 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Nagoya. Which means about an hour or so train either way every day.

This was the only day I was able to get a reserved seat ticket for the Nanki train down when I booked tickets a month prior.
The station we get dropped off at was Suzuka Circuit Ino, which calling it a station is generous. It is literally only a concrete platform and a staircase on either side.

While Ino is the closest station to the track, that doesn’t mean it’s close to the track. It is, in fact, about a 20-minute walk.
But after the 20 minutes of following the crowd, we arrived at the first corner gate.
