The race weekend was now over, and thus, my time in Nagoya. Before departing I grabbed the regional IC card to add to my collection, now totaling 6.
I didn’t feel like dealing with the process to ship both my suitcases to my final hotel. Instead, I booked a front seat in the Green Car on the Shinkansen where there was extra room in front of me. Meaning that I could put my medium luggage on the ground and the large on the overhead rack.
Soon we were zoomin.
My last hotel was in Hamamatsucho, which is where Tokyo Tower is. It is also the First/Last stop of the Tokyo Monorail, the train designed for transporting luggage to Haneda Airport.
There was also a temple nearby, this gate indicating its front entrance.
