Travel to Nagoya

The day before F1 weekend I relocated to Nagoya.

I had a reserved seat in the green car (the “fancy” one). I opted to bring my two suitcases with me (the other one is on the overhead rack) and the extra room was welcome.

After arriving at Nagoya station, one of the largest stations in the world by sqft, I noticed they had some interesting translations. Most of these are reflected on Google Maps as well, so at least you won’t be confused. And it seems that wicket is technically a correct replacement for gate or exit, but I did initially think about cricket.

One of the exits had a Red Bull popup which was selling some merch and had Ayumu Iwasa’s F2 car on display.

Nagoya is a completely new city to me, and I get to spend 75% of the days I’m in it, leaving it.
