But this didn’t stop my from my goal of going to everyone’s favorite consumerism hellscape, Don Quijote (Donki). To find the smallest collapsable umbrella I could.


Donki is frequently referred to as “the Walmart of Japan” since they seemingly have everything, good and bad. It’s also one of the densest stores anyone will visit.
I did prevail and found a whole section of tiny collapsable umbrellas. I got this 50cm one that packs away super compact if I ever need it.
